My name is Patrick, I'm originally from Sydney (Australia) but grew up in England (my second home) - and I love exploring cities (and writing about it!)
I work online in marketing, which gives me the opportunity to travel around the world full time.
So while I am away, I keep this blog updated with full travel info. I tend to stay in a city for a few months at a time, to really get to know it - then I write guides on it.
I'm always reading travel blogs or following bloggers on FB/Twitter, mostly to get new ideas about where to go next and to be aware of different destinations. Here are some of the interesting posts I've noticed in the last week or so.

I love Venice. I think everyone should visit at least once! The World Pursuit has a nice guide on what to do (and what NOT to do). It includes a very good tip of what not to do: "Don’t Visit in the High Season". Tourists flock to Venice all year round, but in summer time it is just too busy to enjoy.
