My name is Patrick, I'm originally from Sydney (Australia) but grew up in England (my second home) - and I love exploring cities (and writing about it!)
I work online in marketing, which gives me the opportunity to travel around the world full time.
So while I am away, I keep this blog updated with full travel info. I tend to stay in a city for a few months at a time, to really get to know it - then I write guides on it.
Lots of interesting posts around the travel blog world in the last week or so. Here are some which have caught my attention.
Travel Past 50 have a nice piece on some of the benefits of having travel insurance. I never travel without it. It isn't worth the hassle of being stuck in another country having some kind of crisis!

Every thought about visiting Tajikistan? Not many have been there, but Nellie from Wild Junket has and she has written a very indepth post about travelling there.
